Classification: Etna DOC
Winemaking: The grapes are soft-pressed, fermented at a controlled temperature of 12 °. Later there is a refinement for about 4 months in stainless steel vats on fine lees to highlight the fruity notes of grape varieties.

Shelf-life: Wine to drink immediately or to store for up to two/three years.
Tasting notes: Light yellow color with greenish hues, dry, fruity and mineral with hints of peach, pleasantly fresh on the palate.
The floral bouquet is full of yellow and white flowers. Perfect agreements with all dishes based on fish, soups, vegetables
and fresh cheeses.
