Winemaking: Destemming, soft pressing and static settling at controlled temperature. Maturation for about 2 months in steel tanks on fine lees to bring out the characteristic notes of the grape variety. After bottling, further bottle aging follows for about one month at controlled temperature.
Origin: Western Sicily
Shelf-life: Wine to drink immediately or to store for up to two/three years
Tasting notes: A pale yellow wine with pleasant fruit and white flower aromas. Because of its balanced mineral notes and good flavor, it goes well with all fish and shellfish dishes. Serve at a temperature of 10°C.
